Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motorcycle, TVS Motor and Bajaj Auto are the four most popular brands in the Indian double wheeler industry. The following is the list of Two Wheeler companies in India and the motorcycle makers and sellers.

Hero MotoCorp

Hero MotoCorp is the world’s leading manufacturer of two wheels and the largest manufacturer of Indian bikes and scooters. Hero with Honda one of the trusted and most famous brand name in India, Hero Honda Splendor has become India’s most popular bike.

Bajaj Auto

Bajaj Auto is the world’s leading three-wheeler maker and the second-largest motorcycle manufacturer in the country. Bajaj Auto makes motorcycles and scooters in India and car rickshaws.

TVS Motor Company

The TVS Motor Group, the third biggest company in India with the TVS Apache RTR, TVS Scooty, TVS Wego, and TVS Jupiter, is a multinational company of motorcycle.

Honda Motorcycle

Japanese Honda Japanese Honda Motor Company is the owner of Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India which is the best selling Motor Company and Activa which is best selling scooter follows by Dio, Aviator and Grazia.

Royal Enfield

Royal Enfield is a subsidiary of Eicher Motors Limited which produces motorcycles from the Royal Enfield Bullet along with Classic 350 and Classic 500.

Suzuki Motorcycle

The Suzuki Motorcycle India is the owner and contracted with the Japanese Suzuki Motor Company. In India, the most common two-wheelers selling in the Indian market are Suzuki Swish, Suzuki Gixxer, and Suzuki Access 125.

Yamaha Motor

Piaggio is an Italian maker of motorcycles, manufacturing a large range of two-wheeled vehicles in India under the brand name Piaggio, Vespa, and Aprilia. The Aprilia and Vespa scooters in India are the two most famous brands owned by Piaggio.

Mahindra Two Wheelers

Mahindra Two Wheelers, are the best selling and owned by Mahindra & Mahindra Company, manufactures Pithampur scooters and motorbikes in India. Gusto 125, Centuro NXT, Mahindra Duro, and Mahindra Rodeo are the most popular Mahindra Two Wheelers.

Jawa Moto Motorcycles has again introduced three JAWA-branded motorcycles in India and a partner with Mahindra, assembled in Pithampur near Indore.
