Styling updates for the Mini 3-Door, JCW hatchback, and Convertible.
At the beginning of this year, Mini introduced facelifting hatchbacks to world markets with the same spied test mule in India in February. A revised nose with a grill stretching to the base of the bumpers together with new bumpers is provided for the upgraded hatchbacks.
With a higher level of wind in the bumper and a complete black mesh finish grille, the JCW model is more aggressive: the standard 3-Heading and convertible features a body-colored panel that bisects a grill, roof-mounted spoilers, and alloy wheels.
All three models are based on new alloy wheels and Mini argues that the contours of the wheel arches have, for updated hatchbacks, also been revised. 17-inch alloy wheels are standard, although 18-inch units can be chosen for the JCW.
Mini 3 door, JCW hatchback, Cabin updates and Equipment Cabin Convertible
The cabin is largely unchanged from the previous model, with the exception of new upholstery colors and additional equipment. The now-standard 8.8-inch touch screen is a notable change to the updated hatchback. An optional 5.0-inch digital instrument display is also new to the list of equipment.
The equipment includes standard equipment such as auto LED headlamps, auto wipers, back parking sensors, the back camera, automotive climate control, front seats, ambient luminaires and dual airbags, ABS, traction control and stability control. The equipment includes the three hatchbacks. These are standard devices.
The JCW also packages bits like JCW sports seats and steering systems, cruise control, and a Hi-Fi audio system from Harman Kardon – all of them optional for standard hatchback and convertible.
Buyers can also choose to use a sunroof, front parking sensors, free parking for hands, wireless telephone charging, heads up, adaptive suspension, and more.
