The latest platina 100 Kick Start (KS) motorcycle of Bajaj Auto is now available for Rs 51,667 (ex-showroom). Nitrox suspension and tubeless tires are the highlights of the current Bajaj Platina 100 KS. Available in a few color choices (Cocktail Wine Red and Ebony Black with Silver decals).
The BS6 compliant driven engine Platina 100 Kick Start is a single-cylinder 102cc SOHC, a 7.8bhp air cooler unit with a capability of 7500rpm and a torque of 8,34Nm at 5500rpm. The engine is paired with a four-speed motor. The capacity of petrol is 11 liters. Telescopic forks at the front and double shock at the back are used as suspension tasks. The bike has drum brakes in both extremes: the front drum has a size of 130mm, while the rear drum has a size of 110mm with CBS.

The two differ in that the current Platina 100 Kick Start has tubeless tires, a front drum brake, and, as the name indicates, a kick-starting brake only. The LED DRL-integrated headlamp, quilted bench, handguards, and large rubber footpads also feature.
