Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Spectre, its first all-electric car, after initially teasing it more than a year ago and testing it for several million miles. This two-door electric coupe, which is a spiritual descendant of the Phantom Coupe, is the automaker’s first move toward its goal of becoming an entirely electric brand by 2030.
