The XC40 Recharge will be offered as a CBU (Completely Built-Up) item, and it is expected to be released in the coming weeks after being seen unmasked.

  • In the following weeks, the Volvo XC40 Recharge 2022 is scheduled to be released in India.
  • A 402bhp, 78kWh battery pack will power the vehicle.

The 2022 Volvo XC40 Recharge has been spotted in India unveiled, indicating that the model’s introduction is imminent. The Volvo XC40 Recharge, as seen in this photograph, is completed in Fusion Red and is based on the P8 model.

The Volvo XC40 Recharge distinguishes itself from its ICE-powered sibling with subtle design changes such as a blacked-out front grille finished in body color and a recharge battery at the rear. The charging point is located in the same location as the fuel–inlet point on the ICE variant.

LED headlamps, vertical LED taillights, 19-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and black cladding on the front and rear bumpers are among the other prominent characteristics of the new Volvo XC40 Recharge. Crystal White, Glacier Silver, Denim Blue, Fusion Red, and Black Stone are among the five color options for the model. The model’s prices and other details were recently leaked, and the details can be seen here.

The interior of the upcoming Volvo XC40 Recharge will be all-black, with Nappa leather upholstery, a vertically-positioned touchscreen infotainment system, a 12-inch fully-digital instrument console, dual-zone climate control, an electrically-adjustable Memory function in the front seat, as well as a 13-speaker audio system Music system based on Harman Kardon. Adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, lane keep assist, oncoming lane mitigation, road sign information, and cross-traffic alert are among the model’s safety features.

A 78kWh battery pack will power the new Volvo XC40 Recharge, producing 402bhp and 660Nm of torque and transferring power to all four wheels. On a single charge, the vehicle is said to have a range of 418 kilometers. Stay tuned for our review of the Volvo XC40 Recharge, which we will be driving soon.
